Long time no see.

Happy March everyone.

Sorry I haven't been updating like I should but I have been busy. Here are some of what I have been up to recently.

1. February 9, 2013 I was part of a Charity Quarter Auction that raised almost $6000.00 for Children's Road to Recovery.
2. Now I am getting ready to be part of a Diva Gala which is a Girl's shopping night out.
3. Also I am currently holding a fundraiser on my Close To My Heart website for a little boy to get a new wheelchair. His old wheelchair fell apart beyond repair and the insurance company will not provide him with a new one. He is currently in an adult size loaner which is way to big for him. With this fundraiser I have agreed to donate all my commission from this party to the family. Also once the party reaches $150 in sales (to make it an official party) I will be drawing a name out of everyone who ordered to get the hostess rewards.

Here are some of the crafts I have been working on.

 

A side from scarves I have been doing some digital scrapbooking using Studio J by Close To My Heart.

 



I was always afraid to try digital scrapbooking but using Studio J makes it so easy to do. The other thing I like about using this software is that you get JPEGs  and printed layouts or you can choose on or the other. I can't wait for my first order to arrive this week.

Word Challenge - June 2012

For this challenge we had to have Sweet in our title.

The title for this LO was cut using my Cameo. These photos were taken on Mother's day 2012 at Savage Mill. Everyone loved this big chair so I had to get a few shots.

Color Challenge June 2012

In this challenge we had to use light blue and light pink. The brads have blue and pink  in the center of them also.  The say is one I found on Facebook.
